Vintage Black Velvet Souvenir Missouri Fringed Pillow Cover - Marvel Cave ++

Description

You are bidding on a vintage black velvet souvenir pillow cover from Missouri.  This features a yellow gold fringe around the pillow cover and a yellow gold trim framing the pillow design.  The pillow features Marvel Cave Park and Silver Dollar City and shows various exhibits for those two attractions.  My guess is this is from the 1950's era.  In nice condition given it's age, only thing I'd note is there is a spot (about 2 inches long) where the fringe has pulled away from the black velvet and needs to be sewn back down. The back of the pillow cover is red silk and it has an opening to put the pillow inside of it with a snap closure.  Measures 16.5 inches by 16.5 inches.
