    Description

    This is a spectacular uncirculated VICTORY note. During this period, the BEP printed notes using the wet paper technique. The paper was damp when it was printed. This allowed for a (much) better image, but the paper was not flat when it dried. Instead it was rippled and crinkly. If you find a VICTORY note that it FLAT, it has been pressed! These notes are perfect! If you buy two notes, they are consecutive serial numbers. Please be sure to look at all of our auctions and sales.
