Track Magic Shifter Go Kart TM Racing 125cc

Description

I bought this Kart used around 2007 and I took it to sharkshifter everytime it needs work or if the motor needs to be rebuild, they also reinforced some part of the frame since there were minor cracks on 2 spots, which was fixed (see pics), I have put many track hours since then with no issues.
The last time I had it out on the track was around 2014 on a freshly rebuild engine, I probably put about 5 hrs of track time before I put it away in storage. I did recently installed new fuel tank, since it was leaking.
The seating position currently set for adults, I'm 6ft tall 180lbs and I fit perfectly, this kart would be a great starting point if you want to get into karting.
I tried starting it but no luck, my guess is something to do with fuel, since I don't see the fuel circulating, but I don't know for sure, and the gauges doesn't want to come on either. Selling as-is condition!
I prefer local pickup, but willing to assist on shipping at buyer's expense!
