MKR Track Cleaner 400ml is distilled, mineral free, water based, Plastics Safe, for all sectional slot car racing track, and sectional model railroad track.  The MKR Track Cleaner container, holds 470ml, but contains >=400ml of MKR Track Cleaner.  This is so, if the container is bumped, during shipping and handling, the container will not burst, since air can compress, and fluid cannot.  The container will not look full.  This is normal.
MKR Track Cleaner & MKR Conductive Slot Car Racing Oil

is the best and least expensive way to make all your Slot Cars, and track, last longer, and run stronger, go faster.   Tests show that a 100 lap race, can take more than a minute, less time to complete, after your Track has been thoroughly cleaned, and Slot Cars lubricated with MKR Conductive Slot Car Racing Oil.  Try it yourself.  Let the track sit for a few days, then race a slot car for 100 laps and record how long it took, and the fastest lap achieved.  Then thoroughly clean your track with MKR Track Cleaner and let dry completely.  Remove the body from your Slot Car, and clean the tires with the sticky side of tape.  Proceed to lubricate the axle bushings, gears and armature shaft, etc. with MKR Conductive Slot Car Racing Oil.  Reinstall body and invert car.  Apply MKR Conductive Slot Car Racing Oil to the braid, and guide flag.  Race the Slot Car for 100 laps and you may discover your lap times decrease, and that the time it takes to complete those 100 laps, may have been reduced, by a minute or more, depending on how long your track is, and other variables.
Instructions:
Unplug track from electrical outlet, and keep track cleaner, and all liquids away, at all times, from track computer,  lane change, pit lane, and check lane, or any other Carrera Digital track pieces and accessories, to avoid spilling.  Make sure track is thoroughly dry, before plugging track back in, to race.  Use a damp clean, cloth, or new paper towel, folded into a small square.  Shake MKR Track Cleaner well, before using.
Remove cap from bottle, put cloth or paper towel against bottle,
so a small amount of concentrated cleaner is transferred to cloth or paper towel.
scrub the track gently.  As dirt accumulates on towel, re-fold the towel, using areas that are not dirty,
until the towel is used up.  Wash the cloth, or use a new paper towel, and repeat until the entire track is clean.  After cleaning, as the track dries, if there is a residue left on the track, wash your cloth and ring it out, or use a new damp paper towel, and wipe the track again.  MKR Track Cleaner is concentrated, so a little goes a long way, and it should last a long time..  If there is no residue, when the track dries, you are using the proper amount of MKR Track Cleaner.  If your track is filthy, because it has been sitting uncovered for a long time, vacuum first and then wipe the track, as clean as you can, with a damp cloth first, and then use MKR Track Cleaner for a final cleaning.  Since MKR Track Cleaner contains no petrochemical solvents, it is not hazardous to breathe, not flammable, will not harm your skin, and will not destroy your track over time.
MKR Track Cleaner is specially formulated to work best with

amount of lubricity, to reduce understeer, caused deslotting, and increase the ability to throttle steer with Silicone Tires.

It is recommended at this time, that you apply a couple drops of MKR Conductive Slot Car Racing Oil (Not included, sold separately) to the power pickup rails.  You can add a few drops, to each braid, guide, and or pickup shoes, as the case may be, and then drive the slot car around.  Repeat for each lane.  A little goes a long way, and can reduce lap times, by tenths of a second, per Carrera Digital 132 / 124 timing section, or even minutes, on races of a hundred laps or more.  Both your track, and cars, will last longer, and function better.   Oil is a dielectric insulator, and does not conduct electricity, which is why you need MKR Conductive Slot Car Racing Oil, to race your best.  MKR Conductive Slot Car Racing Oil reduces friction, on all parts, where lubrication is needed, and continues to lubricate, long into the race, even if it is evaporated, from heat, or thrown off, by centrifugal forces.  MKR Conductive Slot Car Racing Oil, contains conductive lubricating solids, a matrix which can remain after the oil carrier base, is gone…  These expensive, precious metal, and other conductive microscopic particles, act like microscopic ball bearings,  which conduct electricity, as they lubricate.  While Carrera Evolution and Digital 132 / 124 track has expensive, and high quality, stainless steel power pickup rails, less expensive tracks, like Carrera Go, and most others, may have mild steel, or chrome power pickup rails, which can rust…  MKR Conductive Slot Car Racing Oil can prevent rust.  Before using, hold the cap on the bottle with the index finger, hold the sides of the bottle, gently between the other fingers, and thumb, and shake vigorously, for twenty to thirty seconds.  This will more thoroughly, and evenly distribute, the exclusive matrix formula, of expensive, precious metal, and other conductive microscopic particles, for best results.  Helps pay for itself, in the extended life of pickup shoes, braid, guide, track, and all wearing components, not to mention the satisfaction, of having increased speed, and performance.   For best results, make sure your tires are clean, before racing on your freshly cleaned track.  You can use the sticky side of tape, to clean, and best prepare your tires, and your good to go !!!
For cleaning model railroad track, using a damp cloth, or paper towel, with MKR Track Cleaner applied, spread your fingers, so that your index finger is over the left rail, and your middle finger, is over the right rail.  Scrub using a rubbing motion, parallel to the rails.  Do not scrub the ties. Scrub only the rails, until no dirt, is transferred to the towel.  When silver colored, galvanized steel rail is clean, nothing will transfer to the towel.  When Nickel Silver rail is clean, no more dirt will be transferred to the towel.  Since Nickel Silver is predominately, brass, a yellow, soft metal, just remove the dirt.   Continuing to scrub Nickel Silver, after it is clean, is unnecessary, and will continue to transfer the metal to the towel.  The idea is for the rail to be clean and dry, and your wheels to be clean and dry.  You can use MKR Conductive Slot Car Racing Oil (Not included, sold separately),  to reduce friction, on all parts, where lubrication is needed, to increase the life of your engines, and rolling stock, to reduce the load, and increase the life of your transformer.  Keep the wheel surfaces contacting the rails clean, and dry, for maximum traction and pulling power.  MKR Track Cleaner is specially formulated to provide the most traction so that engines can pull the most cars possible, and a minuscule amount of lubricity for running trains on 18 and 22 inch radius tight turns.
In addition to thoroughly and safely cleaning slot car, and model railroad tracks, MKR Track Cleaner can also be used to clean most plastic items, and works especially well on laptop computers, as long as they are off, unplugged, and the battery is removed, if possible, until you are finished, and the laptop is completely dry before use.  Since MKR Track Cleaner is not abrasive, make sure you use a non abrasive material to clean the screen.  Paper towels can be quite abrasive, and thus are well suited for scrubbing slot car and model railroad track, to aid traction, and may be too abrasive to use on your screen.   Cotton cloth, cotton balls and cotton swabs are among the softest materials.  Test first, be gentle, and clean often for best results
