This auction is for two (2) Historic Events Newspapers.
The first is the Woodward Daily Press (Oklahoma), November 4, 1960.  President Eisenhower "Sets Out On His Second Major Stumping Foray."  Ike was seeking to nail down the heavy industrial states for then Vice President Nixon's campaign for President.  Also covers Nixon's 10,000 person event in his Texas Tour. Condition is "Used," and in very good condition.  This was the year JFK won the election.
The second paper is for President Richard M. Nixon's Resignation and Gerald R. Ford is Sworn In as President.  Printed by The Salt Lake Tribune, August 9, 1974.  Condition is "Used, " and in very good condition. Richard M. Nixon was the only President in history to date, that resigned.
