Pizza Hut Champs Black Laptop Briefcase Soft Leather Rare Exclusive

This is a unique laptop / briefcase that was made by Champs, an incentive program that was offered at Pizza Hut.  It was produced in 1999, and it appears to be made out of leather but I don't know if it is real leather.  I can't find a tag that states the exact material, but it is a soft leather material.  Champs had a catalog that you could purchase out of, but only Area Managers of the restaurant had access to it.  This was barely used, as it was only use to hold office supplies for a short while, and then stored away.
I always list all of the details of the product in my listing.  I also take photos of the item, so you can read the box and make sure the product is what you need.  If a box is sealed, I don't open it, so that it remains in "brand new" condition.  If hardware or batteries aren't listed as included on the box, then they aren't included.  I apologize, as I don't package or make these products, so I don't make the decision on if hardware or batteries are included.  I will sometimes accept returns based on whether or not you have opened the product.  If it is a brand new item, it needs to be returned back to me, unused and unopened.  I can't take back used makeup because I can't resell it due to sanitary reasons.  Thank you for understanding!!!
