Tired of fighting intake leaks on your Panhead, ironhead, or Shovelhead?The FNA Tite Seal Kit is the fix! This kit installs easily, seals better, and eliminates the need to adjust your heads alignment to get the intake to seal. Allows You to mix and match oring and rubberband style components. If your oring groove is broken and not sealing this kit will seal it right up. It uses two custom stainless steel clamps and fuel proof silicon hose per port. The clamps are American made stainless construction with a shield to protect the tubing welded in here in Florida and the Silicon seals are made in UK by a supplier to F1 racing teams, not low cost China/Taiwan manufacturing here, only quality components. The kit looks simple, but these are reinforced silicon hose with a special liner. The clamps are stainless that I spot weld a shield into. If you just put a hose clamp over the silicon or rubber without the shield it will support through the slots and shred the seal.
Can be used on Big Twin or Sporty 48-84, O-ring or rubber band styles. Mix and match o ring and rubber band components. The oring lip can be damaged since this doesn't seal on that surface it will not affect the sealing and will make the broken part usable. Now after many thousands of leak free miles I am offering this kit to you to solve the leaking intake issues. Available in black seals only. enough for them, my shovel was hard to start and coughing a lot when it would start. It didn't matter whether or not I used o ring or rubber band. FNA seals stopped all that. If fired up first kick after sitting for 24 hrs and no coughing at all.
