This product was developed by Search and Rescue First Responders. It is a scientific tool to collect and store personal scent or smell for a dog to track. It is ideal for children who may wander away or an elderly person with dementia. It is endorsed by The Joyful Child Foundation in memory of Samantha Runnion. 5 year old Samantha was playing with a friend in her family's front yard on July 15, 2002 when she was grabbed by a man after he asked for help in finding a lost dog.
