This unit will be sold as parts or not working because i do not deal with the ebay return.it will be descibed to the best of my ability and knowledge.sold as is with whatever you see in the pictures.PLEASE ask any questions BEFORE you hit buy it now.please do your research to make sure the part will fit your application..no returns sold as described. All flaps move is it they should. Carb is a little dirty.
