* EMPTY* Vintage W.W. II Era 1½ Qt. PYRENE Fire Extinguisher W/Bracket

Vintage W.W. II era 1½ qt. PYRENE fire extinguisher. Manufactured by The Pyrene Manufacturing Company, Newark, New Jersey. Last patent is 2,347,540 (1944). It has received a new coat of O.D. paint and then clear coated. It is in overall good condition but the original brass label does have some paint loss and shows general signs of wear along with a small dent. The label is also becoming a little bit detached from the body on the left side. Measures approx. 17½" tall by 3" in diameter. Also included is the mounting bracket which also has a new coat of O.D. paint and clear coated. The extinguisher is
EMPTY
and the pump handle does move in and out but it is being sold as a collectible item only.
